Maumita Goswami is a Senior Consultant based in Cornerstone International Group's Bangalore location. This is her second stint at Cornerstone India after a sabbatical.

Maumita has completed her MBA from IIPM and has over 10 years of industry experience in Executive Search, Head Hunting, Compensation & Benefit Evaluations, Industry Analysis, Database Management, client management and business development.

Maumita has worked across various Industries, managed entire Recruitment life cycle and Talent Acquisition with specialization at Senior Management Levels.

She is strategic planner with proficiency in delivery of mandates and meeting deadlines.

Her key strengths are quick, responsive and timely delivery of Client requirements and effectively adapting to challenging recruitment methodologies through meticulous approach.

Previous Experience:
She has worked with ABC Consultants Pvt Ltd, Bangalore for about two years and involved in middle and senior level hiring across engineering & manufacturing sectors.

Has also worked with Omam Consulting and Planman Consulting, New Delhi.

Additional Activities:
She loves to travel exotic location and explore different cuisine. She also likes cooking, gardening, listening to music and watching movies.
