Driven by a passion to create & add value to people & organizations, Pramod has spearheaded leadership interventions to augment organizational growth & effectiveness, at marquee organizations like Microsoft, Oracle, JP Morgan, Cognizant, Citibank, HDFC Bank, and KPMG.

Driven by a passion to accelerate organizational effectiveness, Pramod’s key accomplishments, both as a consultant and as a practitioner, have been in multiple areas – Business Strategy, Culture Transformation; Organisation Effectiveness; Digital HCM Transformation; OD & Change Management; Talent acquisition; HR Analytics & Systems; Employee Engagement; and high-impact CEO – CXO Coaching and Leadership Training.

Academic Background:
Pramod has a PG degree (MA in PM & IR) from TISS, Mumbai, and Ph. D from European Global School, Paris. He is a Certified Marshal Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centred Coach; and a certified Global Leadership Coach from Global Coach Group, USA. He is also a Certified Independent Director, from IOD, Delhi. He has also been trained as a Lead Trainer in various Leadership & Management Development programs.

Additional Roles:
Pramod is also an empaneled Executive Coach at ISB, Hyderabad, over the last 17 years, for their flagship program, LSTM; co-conducting it with London Business School faculty.. Through this program, he has coached MDs, CEOs & CXOs of various Indian and MNC organizations. He has had excellent feedback and track-record in Coaching, over 17 years,

Being passionate about giving back to the society and as part of his industry-academia contribution, he has been a visiting faculty at IIMs, IITs & various other B-schools & Technology Institutes, in India, and overseas. He has taught many batches over last 25 yrs.

As a contribution at the apex level, Pramod has played active roles at various industry forums like CII, FICCI, NASSCOM, NHRDN, ISTD, NIPM & other corporate bodies. He is a frequent keynote speaker and a respected thought-leader, at various conferences and events.
