Amjad is a seasoned Management Professional with more than 20 years of cross-cultural experience in Human Resource Function, having expertise in delivering sustained organizational growth in dynamic environments, establishing structure, building employee value, driving vision and achieving critical strategic goals.He has been instrumental in the development of innovative HR practices.

He has extensive exposure and intricate knowledge in managing HR Operations in diverse industries like Automobile & Engineering, Consumer Durables, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. He has acquired in-depth understanding of the business, technology, systems and processes, which has helped in faster delivery of HR services. He has delivered significantly in diversified organisational setups viz; Corporate/ Business, Green Field / BrownField Projects, Manufacturing, R&D Centre, Sales & Marketing and Service Support.

Previous Experience
He has been associated with organisations of repute like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, PepsiCo, Eaton Corporation, Skoda Auto, CEAT Ltd and Varroc Group to name a few. During his entire career spanning more than 20 years, he has been leading the Talent Acquisition and Leadership hiring. He understands the overall recruitment landscape in India having met the ambitious hiring goals of organisations he served.

Additional Activities
Amjad has acquired PhD in 2018 from RTM Nagpur University in the field of Management. His area of research was related to “Employability of Engineers". He has done his MBA in HR in 1999 preceded by graduation in English Literature in 1997. He has been associated with various Engineering and Management Institutes as Guest Faculty / Speaker. He has worked with YCMOU as Industry Representative in the development of Degree Course BSc in Industrial Science under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Late Dr. Krishnakumar.
