Client Engagement Manager

Radhika Desai is a Client Engagement Manager based in Cornerstone International Group's Mumbai office. She was one of the core team members that helped set up the Cornerstone India operations. During her tenure she handled various assignments across sectors. She conducted several senior level search assignments in Telecom, Manufacturing, Media & Hospitality covering diverse function / levels like CEO, SBU Head and VP along with some complex assignments.

This is her second stint at Cornerstone India after a sabbatical.  She has 8 years experience in the Executive Search industry and in her current role she focuses on the pharmaceutical sector.

Previous Experience
Radhika worked in entertainment industry before pursuing a career in Executive Search with Gilbert Tweed Associates one of the leading search firms, where she worked for 2 years.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mumbai University with a major in Sociology.

Additional Activities
Radhika enjoys traveling, reading and trying out new cuisines. She is a movie enthusiast who also enjoys gardening in her spare time.
